The Oswestry Tourism Ambassador Scheme is for anyone who has an interest in Oswestry, its history and heritage. It provides training about Oswestry’s tourism offer that will create a baseline knowledge about the area’s natural and cultural resources, in order to improve the overall visitor and local experience by sharing that knowledge.

To become an Oswestry Tourism Ambassador, you will have to complete 3 modules to achieve a Bronze level certificate. Two are compulsory, and the third can be any one of your choice.

The two compulsory modules are;

• Welcome to Oswestry
• Oswestry and its History

Complete 6 modules in total to become a Silver Oswestry Tourism Ambassador.
Complete 9 modules in total to become a Gold Oswestry Tourism Ambassador.
